Business Health Check
Introduction
Purpose
This is a diagnostic tool to help you objectively examine all aspects of running your business profitably and sustainably. The questions are thorough and will allow you to gain insight into the strengths and weaknesses of your business across a broad range of core topics. Due to the level of detail, some questions may feel a little overwhelming (such as about legislation etc). Please keep in mind, this is designed to help you identify where work can be undertaken and the way to address most of the issues raised in this survey can be very simple and straight forward solutions.
It will take around 30 minutes to complete.
Within a day of completing the survey, you will receive an email with a PDF attached with your results. You can then use this information to develop an action plan and close any identified gaps or implement improvements required.

To provide you with feedback on how your business is travelling and areas of improvement to focus on through a report emailed to your chosen email address.
In the event that you contact me for further services, the data collected in your health check will be used to guide and support the conversation and development of an action plan for your use.
Data that does not identify yourself or your business will be used for statistics gathering, research and reporting. For example:
"40% of respondents that work in retail indicated that they don't have a business plan"
